Anytime I call I am always answered by an enthusiastic person on the other end who immediately looks at my file and has an answer for me. If whoever I speak with doesn't know the answer they start asking others or gets back to me with an answer within minutes. Frequently Craig will "shop my policy " before I even ask him to. He keeps on top of a person's policy and cost increases.
